We first worked with Rebecca from Bijoux Floral Design to help her create a new website that really showcases what matters to brides when they are choosing a wedding florist.

Using our website planning skills, we created a website which will attract and inspire Rebecca's dream clients. This process began by defining the commercial objectives of the site and a clear target customer. Next we defined the brand values we wanted to communicate and a creative vision to bring these to life, including a photography brief.

The site map outlined the page structure and customer journey, then we were able to specify the content needed for each page. Finally, we wrote the copy, before handing over to a graphic designer and website developer to bring the plan to life.

The new site went live in May 2018 and in August Rebecca was ready to focus directly on her commercial objectives for the business and asked us to help her with a sales planning project. In just two weeks we created a simple plan of action and gave Rebecca the tools she needed to manage her B2B relationships with real purpose.

In early 2019 we worked with Rebecca again to develop new sections on the website, helping her to articulate the concept and write the copy she needed.
