HUMBLE + HUMBLE

Happiness is part of the plan.

Humble + Humble is a busy architect practice working with residential clients across London. Like many successful businesses built on word-of-mouth referrals, their website had been overlooked. It was time to bring it up to date so that it reflected the high caliber of their work and the service they provide.

Humble + Humble had no shortage of glowing testimonials from their happy clients. These proved invaluable as a starting point to help draw out what matters most to clients and shape the key messaging points for the website.

Welcome to Humble + Humble, a RIBA chartered architectural and interior design practice, where happiness is part of the plan.

One thing that came up again and again in client reviews was how happy they were - both during the process of the build (which they had expected to be way more stressful than it was) and of course in their new home once it was completed. I used this to develop the concept of built-in happiness, part of the design DNA of a Humble + Humble project.

In contrast to the cool, superior tone that is often used by architects, the tone of voice here is warm and reassuring, because that is exactly how Humble + Humble want their homes to feel.

There are lots of things you might be looking for from your architect, but first and foremost we always plan for your happiness. Here’s what we think matters most in any project, and what Humble + Humble will always prioritise for you.

Clare was fantastic to work with, she was a magician with words and really found our voice. It was an enjoyable, stress free, collaborative process and we could not be happier with the tone achieved.
